We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below to understand how we handle exchanges and returns.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 48-hour exchange policy. You may request an exchange if the product you received is damaged, incorrect, or if you have a size-related concern.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Complete with all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Products purchased during sale periods, with discounts, or via gift cards are not eligible for exchange or return.

If your purchase meets the criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery:

For damage or quality concerns: Please provide your order number, transaction date, delivery address, and a clear image of the defective item along with its original packaging. Our team will investigate and respond within two working days.

Product Return Procedure:

  1. Packaging: Repack the product in its original packaging, including all inclusions (invoice, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers).

  2. Reverse Pick-Up: We will arrange for a courier partner to collect the package from the address specified in your invoice at a convenient time.

  3. Quality Inspection: Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection.

  4. Resolution: If the item passes inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched. If a replacement is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the full amount.

Refund & Credit Note Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a credit note for the full amount. This credit note will be emailed to your registered email address and can be utilized for future purchases on our website.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, plants.

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal Care Goods: Beauty products.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items/Gift Cards: Cannot be returned or exchanged.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Order Changes: Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or amended.

  • Sale Periods: Products bought before a sale cannot be exchanged during a sale period.

  • Online vs. Offline: Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in physical stores, and vice versa.

  • Shipping Issues: Refunds/Credits are not provided for:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

    • Three unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal of the package.

    • International shipments where the recipient refuses to pay mandated duties.

  • Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package is damaged, please write "Received Damaged" on the delivery receipt when signing. Retain all original packaging, tags, and invoices until our team reviews the claim.
